About the crag
Climbing at La Microfalaise: discover the complete topo for this crag, with all the routes, their grades, access and practical info to climb at the site.
A small cliff nestled right next to the Bisexto, the Microfalaise offers a great alternative to its neighbor, with shorter routes that are never lacking in interest! Most routes are graded between 5c and 7a, but the western end of the sector offers about ten more accessible routes ranging from 3b to 5b. The setting is idyllic and offers a superb view of the Seine. Our ethical guidebook is brought to you by the FFME Eure Regional Committee in collaboration with Pascal Bocianowski, the lead route-setter for the cliffs along the Seine.

Access and approach
Car-free access to La Microfalaise
- From Paris: train to Gaillon-Aubevoye (about 1 h, one train per hour), then 47 min by bike (13.4 km, 60 m up), mostly on cycle paths along the Seine.
- About 5 min approach walk; mostly south-facing sectors, very hot in summer.
